The Glen Rock Soccer Club invites adults aged 19 and older to join the Club’s recreational co-ed soccer league.
We play 7 v 7 on a small size field. Matches are two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break. The season runs for 10 weeks and includes a playoff round. All matches have two certified referees.

League play is offered in both fall and spring, while summer features 8 weeks of low key adult pickup soccer.

Glen Rock Soccer Club offers a variety of clinics and vacation caps throughout the year in partnership with United Soccer Academy. Our camps are open to all children and provide a fun soccer experience in a positive, engaging environment for players ages 5 through 12 years.

FC Glen Rock is the travel program of Glen Rock Soccer Club. Fully sanctioned and endorsed by the NJ Youth Soccer Association, FCGR fields teams in local competitive youth leagues for boys and girls.

FC Glen Rock is operated directly by the Glen Rock Soccer Club and complements the GRSC's existing suite of soccer programs. FCGR teams, coaches and families will enjoy a centralized team management approach which will ensure consistency in programming, player development, and family experience for all teams.

Spring Recreational Soccer Programs
Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.

Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.
The FC Glen Rock Clinic Plus Program for 1st and 2nd Graders is for children looking to raise the level of their play. This step-up program includes an extra mid-week practice starting mid-March and participation in one or two soccer festivals against other soccer clubs.
Training for all spring programs is provided by United Soccer Academy.
