Spring Recreational Programs
Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.

Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.
GRSC's Clinic Plus Program for 1st and 2nd Graders is for children looking to raise the level of their play. This step-up program includes an extra mid-week practice starting mid-March and participation in one or two soccer festivals against other soccer clubs.
Training for all spring programs is provided by United Soccer Academy.

The Glen Rock Soccer Club invites adults aged 19 and older to join the Club’s recreational co-ed soccer league.
We play 7 v 7 on a small size field. Matches are two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break. The season runs for 10 weeks and includes a playoff round. All matches have two certified referees.

The Glen Rock Soccer Club invites adults aged 19 and older to join the Club’s recreational co-ed soccer league.

League play is offered in both fall and spring, while summer features 6-8 weeks of adult pickup soccer.

FC Glen Rock is the travel program of Glen Rock Soccer Club. Fully sanctioned and endorsed by the NJ Youth Soccer Association, FCGR fields teams in local competitive youth leagues for boys and girls.
